Terms of Service

TOS- I have the right to refuse service for any reason.- Payment is upfront. I can allow split payment (half before sketch and half after completion before finished work will be sent) for commissions that are over 100USD- No tracing my work, using for AI, NFT or crypto.
AI usage includes, character.ai, grok, chatgpt, feeding it into any algorithm, etc.- Please credit me on Toyhouse.- Do not remove my watermarks or alter my work. Derivative works are not permitted in any form without written consent. Reminder, removal of copyright identifying material is a crime.- You may post your commissioned art anywhere as long as I am credited and you are not making any sort of profit off of the art. Commercial artwork has a fee depending on a clients needs.-3 revisions are included at no cost, extra charges will be required for each revision after the initial 3. Once the final piece is provided, only small revisions can be asked. Major revisions, after final piece is provided will have a bigger fee.- Please be patient with me. I will try my best to get your art to you within three weeks, however due to occasional issues there might be a delay. Feel free to message me and ask for an update on your art.
- Please do not sell my designs for more than you bought them for UNLESS art/value is added to the design.- Unless stated otherwise, commissions can be posted on my other platforms.Refunds- If you are cancelling an order then the payment i have received is forfeited if commission has been started.- It is unlikely i will cancel a commission on my own but if that happens refunds will be in full as a result.- By Commissioning me/purchasing a design you are agreeing to the above terms. To repeat this means NO USE OF AI.
