If there are any questions, comments or concerns about my TOS please feel free to message me for clarity. I hold the ability to turn down any client if I see fit. Understand that I am a person and not an art machine and would like to be treated with respect, as I will with all clients.It is prohibited to use my works in relation to crypto, NFT and AI related technologies. This includes Chatgpt, character.ai, grok, sora ai, and the like.I prefer to work with clear references of your characters. Rough ones will still be accepted, as well as shaded refs.
Please keep in mind any mistakes made due to an unclear reference is no fault of my own as I am doing my best with what I am provided.
I will not work without a reference, unless I am designing a custom.WILLS AND WONTS

Normally payment is upfront only.
I can allow split payment (half upfront and half after completion before finished work will be sent) for commissions that are over 100USDREVISIONS
3 revisions are included at no cost, extra charges will be required for each revision after the initial 3. Once the final piece is provided, only small revisions can be asked. Major revisions, after final piece is provided will have a bigger fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Unless stated otherwise for specific deadlines, commission completion is usually within 2-4 weeks.
Rush orders (orders with a deadline of under 2 weeks) will have a rush fee of 50% of the piece's total cost.USE
Art is normally reserved for personal use only. Meaning it cannot be used on monetized accounts for profit.
However, there are instances where it can be used for a monetized account or commercially.Monetized accounts will use an additional fee for rights to post.
Commercial use I would prefer to discuss prior to a form being filled out as there is generally a lot more gimmicks to those.Please be clear on the use of my art! I am very accommodating!INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all rights to my illustrations and usage for samples and portfolio.
I will not sell prints/shirts/etc of your commissions.
Do not remove/crop my signature.

Use on monetized channels, as twitch emotes/yt thumbnails, in videos, etc.Do not sell my art.

No refunds if the commission work has been started.
